What is an EA form?

An EA form is a report of an employee's salary and statutory contributions paid for the past year. All employers must provide each employee with their EA Form by the last day of February. The deadline for 2023 is the 29th of February 2024. Failure to submit will result in a fine of up to RM 20,000 and/or up to 6 months imprisonment.
